Since last post, nems got a g9 because he's a dickhead and thought his g5 wasn't working :P

Well, I finally got the tv tuner working on my laptop, SHIT YEAH!!

The tv part is ok I guess, you can get analogue and digital (you know like hdtv and stuff). Buuut, the really cool part is I can plug rca (you know, that yellow round plug) or S-Video into it too .... Which means for a medium quality recording (ie, its not as good as fraps), set second display to mirror, and then plug in the video out on the graphics card to the laptop - and record it! shit yeah!! that means no performance hit. So cool. I'll try it if its not much hassle for next clan match

Nice roach... reminds of the Futurama Episode where Amy keeps swallowing her mobile phones cause they're so damn small.

From http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_27 ... s.quirkies

The ultimate in video gaming has arrived - but at more than £15,000 it comes in a bit dearer than a PS3 or Xbox.

Image

The VirtuSphere is like an oversized hamster's exercise ball that immerses the user in a 3D virtual reality world.

Players don a motion-tracking headset to project the visuals and then they are ready to begin virtual exploration.

They can run, jump, roll, or crawl over virtually unlimited distances without encountering real world obstacles.

The large hollow sphere sits on rollers allowing it to rotate through 360 degrees and move freely in any direction - without actually going anywhere at all.

The Washington-based manufacturers describe it as the ultimate computer games peripheral, but say it could also be used as a unique exercise treadmill or for simulation exercises.

Systems are made to client specifications, with customers so far including military and law enforcement organisations, as well as entertainment companies.

VirtuSphere has already been used by the Russian Tourism Authorities to let people walk through the Red Square and the Kremlin.

I'm so pumped about this one - It's a Zoom H4n recorder.... Don't ask how much they are : *OMG*
Anyway, can't wait to try it out, it'll be plug and play shoutcasting when i figure it out properly. As well as that, I might try learning an instrument too, and it's good for them...

Audio delay box. This is useful to sync your audio and voice back up to video.
