There is a massive amount of changes, off my head AA, Choppers, Guns, Horns!! beep beep, Commorose, Minimap are all getting major revamps that will change the dynamics of things.

Faster lockon, much shorter range
Although not in this patch, but shortly after the proper matchmaking appears to be coming through too, and it's been spotted that the mode for that will have spectator mode... queue me going omg.
Anyway, I have to head out for a day shortly so I'll miss out on trying the patch when it comes out
