Everyone remember to download the new drivers for your graphics card, they should be released the day before or maybe already

can you invert the jet controls now? e.g. can you choose whether pulling the mouse backwards makes the plane go up or down?

Need moar hours to play!

If you want to play with your config, in particular your mouse setting, you can try this:

GoGoWaffles 01:24:17
set GstInput.MouseSensitivity to 1.000
GoGoWaffles 01:24:22
and put your mouse driver sense down
GoGoWaffles 01:24:30
essentialy bf3 is filtering the mouse input
GoGoWaffles 01:24:35
and adding acceleration (neg)
GoGoWaffles 01:24:46
so when set to 1.0 it shouldnt do it

More information
http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/fo ... 7968148/9/

you can edit your config information with:
MyDocuments>Battelfield3>settings>PROF_SAVE_profile

Open in notepad++

Well knocked off work early. Feelin a bit better , went down to the shops remembering that the shops are open until 9 now but then i realized its only the supermarkets an shit.... EB and Game Traders closed so i tried Big W but the fags didnt even bother to order any copies of game at all on PC...
Could've gone into teh city to get it but too lazy and heading to a bbq so..
Anyhow, i just purchased the Origin version. Its downloading now so probably still wont be able to play until tomorrow but at least its the limited edition, i'll save a little and wont have to go anywhere tomorrow.

That was some pretty impressive flying, considering all the negative feedback surroudning the helis. I ordered mine from cheapgames at the start of the month, they shipped it yesterday and I even paid the extra $$ for next-day shipping. Surprise, surprise, Australia Post didn't come through, so it looks like I'll be waiting until monday for my game, and to lodge a complaint.

Guess people who bought it overseas or whatnot may have learned their lesson if they can afford the extra :p

Had some awesome rounds last night, loving the medic rush on metro cq with Doyle made me laugh!

Ok time to get lunch then back into it!

^ Yeah i dont know wtf i was thinking ordering it overseas?, obviously at the time i was just thinking about saving money and being a tight arse. i recal thinking "yeah i dont care about having it on launch day the servers will probably be unplayable anyway and whats two weeks?"
Was all about getting a bargain(my dads genes) and the refusal to pay the rip off prices we pay here.
Now i absolutely regret it, i already have a couple of people lined up to buy the copy when it arrives.
But its funny cos i've just done it again, yeah i did go and try to obtain a hard copy last night but buying the origin copy was well, convenience and impatience and lazyness but i cant denie again i was thinking about it being cheaper.
Now i regret that too cos i really want to play right fucking now! but the download is STILL only at 42.28% fuck me my internet sucks.
At this rate i wont be playing until evening....
I want to head down to the shops to grab some things anyway so i could buy a copy right now....the shops are just down the road.....bad decisions.
Having said all of that, if i had just remembered to disable hibernation before i went out the game would be downloaded now or at least very close to it.
Guess i can try and complete resonance of fate all day whilst i wait. Or wash my car or house clean or something.....

I know what you mean about being knocked off for timing - I was planning to finish Asssains creed before launch, but then it came out early and was like fuuuuuuuuccckkkkk (in a good way of course)

Quick tip - if your ever dling something and want to be sure its not going to sleep... press windows key + X. then click presesntation mode to be on. More information here:
http://odetocode.com/blogs/scott/archiv ... -mode.aspx Basicly makes sure your pc doesn't turn off etc because its supposed to be showing stuff.

Back to game. SO FUCKING GOOD

^your mean roach lol an tical is with kem an they called me an wat me to play but argh have to be patient an wait.
I couldnt believe how long it was taking, especially when i found out its under 12 gig. I was annoyed that i couldnt see the DL speed or the estimated time remaining until i realized that you can see all that by moving the mouse pointer over teh DL bar....
I was getting really gay DL speed like 138 kbs no wonder was taking so fucking long.
Si i paused DL and reset modem but then i couldnt get on-line so i re booted. I actually had to ring my service provider to get back on-line ^__^;;;;;;;; So all was well, re load origin only to discover that my download had to start all over again......it was like 55% done...
Talk about bad luck. However, iam getting really good speeds now, like 650kbs a second so i'll see you guys on the battlefield in like 5-6 hours!
lol..
EDIT well its 500 kbs now so maybe 7-8 hours^^;
Well iam going to get off pc an let it go.
2ND EDIT ok so went back down to my usual 300 kbs and now sitting on 277 so might be on by 2am if iam lucky....
